SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We can deliver your package to any address that you want (house, work, school & others).
For shipping within Colombia, the approximate shipping time is from 3 to 5 business days.
For shipping outside of Colombia, the approximate delivery term is 7 to 10 business days.
Take into account that we don’t deliver on weekends so if your delivery date includes the weekend it will take 2 days longer! Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm will be processed the following Monday.
Within Colombia: COP $10,000 (FREE for orders over $150,000 COP)
To the US: $18.00 USD
- To countries in Latin America: $17 USD
To European countries: $22 USD
Rest of the world: Shipping will be calculated at check out based on your shipping address.

Yes, you will be able to track your package. For orders outside of Colombia you will receive an email from us once item has shipped with a DHL tracking number.
For orders within Colombia you will you will receive an email from from us once item has shipped with a Servientrega tracking number.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
No, we can’t accept any exchanges. You will have to request a return and buy the new item.
Yes, we accept returns up to 5 days after your order has been delivered.
- For faulty items The maximum return period is 30 days, which will begin on delivery date.
Please note in order for a refund to be processed:
- The items must be in original condition.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the client unless items were deemed faulty upon arrival.
Once your return has been processed and you have shipped the item back to us Della Terra will proceed to reimburse you the full amount using the same payment method that you chose to make the purchase in the first place, excluding the shipping costs that were initially paid by the client.
- If you do not have an account with us please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying item you wish to return, order number it belongs to and the reason for return. we will get back to you within 3 business days. (skip to step 6)
- If you have an account with us go to your account dashboard and select “request a return”

- In order to send us your package you just need to prepare the box with the item inside, close it with tape, and stick the return label that you received on the outside of the package.
Once the package is ready you will have 2 options:
1- Dropping off the package in your nearest DHL Express or Servientrega office, depending on who delivered the package.
2- Setting up a pickup using the waybill number in your return label and accessing the corresponding courier’s website to request it.
Once we receive your return shipment and check that the items are in appropriate conditions we will proceed to refund you the full amount using the payment method you chose when placing your order.
